Dorothy Mae Garms, age 94, of Mulvane, homemaker, passed away Friday, September14, 2018. Visitation 1-8 Monday, September 17, with family greeting friends 6-7 pm, Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd., Mulvane. Service 10 am Tuesday, September 18, Mulvane United Methodist Church, 107 S. Central, Mulvane. Dorothy was born May 10, 1924 at Emporia, Kansas to Melvin and Violet Ellis. She married Jim Garms January 16, 1974 in Loyal, Oklahoma, he preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Willa Mae, Mesa, AZ and James Garms (Paula), Wichita.
