Dorothy Culley

Derby - Culley, Dorothy Lee Culley 85, died Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at Wesley Medical Center. She was born October 7th, 1938 to Eugene and Helen Humphries Fischer in Beloit, Kansas.

Known affectionately to her friends and family as Dodo, Dorothy was a proud retired R.N. and provided care to so many patients over the years. Her and her husband, Garold, were also avid Shocker fans. While her joy and laughter will be sorely missed, the family takes comfort that she is being rejoined with the love of her life, Garold.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garold, her parents, Eugene and Helen, and her sister, Marilyn Toburen.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Tammy Culley and Tricia Oldridge, her granddaughters, Heather O’Neill and Logan Oldridge, and two brothers, Ron and Larry Fischer.

Memorial Service: 2:00 pm, Monday, July 8th, 2024 at Woodlawn United Methodist Church 431 S. Woodlawn Blvd. Derby, Kansas 67037.

In lieu of flowers] memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
