Belle Plaine - Anderson, Dorothy "Joann", 88, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021.
Visitation: Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the family present from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Hatfield Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd Belle Plaine. Graveside Service: 2:00 pm, Friday, October 22, 2021 at Council Hill Cemetery, Peck.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Dorothy Stotts; brother, Howard Stotts; husband, Carl Anderson; and son, David Anderson.
Joann is survived by her son, Ben H. Anderson (Linda); daughter-in-law, Pamela Anderson; grandchildren, Greg (Emily) Anderson, Travis (Melissa) Anderson, and Tanner Anderson; and a great grandchild, Luke Anderson.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Miss Kansas Organization or Belle Plaine Community Foundation.
