Dorothy Ailene Johnson

Dorothy Ailene Johnson., 93, retired hairdresser, died Sunday, October 10, 2010. She was born on July 12, 1917 in Peabody, Kansas to Harry and Olga Zeih Hess, one of nine children. On August 15, 1948, she married Harley Ernest Johnson in rural Burns, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harley, WWII Army veteran who died April 14, 2003; parents, Harry and Olga Hess; brothers, Oliver, Ed, Daniel, Albert and Clifford Hess. Survivors include her son, Kenneth of Peabody; brothers, John of Kechi, Raymond of Monett, MO; sister, Esther Stucky of Peabody; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
