Donovan Monroe Denny

Denny, Donovan Monroe, 91, retired Beechcraft Draftsman, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012. Visitation Tuesday, October 9, at Senter-Smith Mortuary, 501 S.E. Louis Blvd., Mulvane. Funeral service 2 pm Wednesday, at Mulvane Christian Church, 502 Highland Park Dr. Don was a longtime member of Mulvane Christian Church, and served as an elder for 30 years. He was a proud Naval Veteran and was active in Civil Defense, Mulvane EMS, Toastmasters, and Campers’ Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Marie; siblings Dean Denny, Dwain Denny, Betty Jewell, and Bobby Denny. Survived by brother Lawrence Denny; best friend Marvel Ancell, and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with Mulvane Christian Church.
