August 16, 1965 — April 18, 2017
Donna Ann White, age 51, passed away April 18th 2017. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, April 25th at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 South Seneca in Wichita. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, William and Renata White; sisters, Debbie Kirkpatrick and Amy White. She is survived by her son, Michael (Jena) Collins; grandchildren, Sadie and Weston; brothers, Robert and James (Sandra) White; nieces; Reba Hiatt-White, Chelsea White; nephew, Jeremiah White; brother in-law, Kenny Kirkpatrick; sister in-law, Naomi Falkenberg. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is with the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016 or give online at https://www.kidney.org/support.
