Donald Hunt

Hunt, Donald “Don” E., passed from this earthly existence and entered his heavenly home on Monday, January 6, 2014. At his side was his wife of 63 years, Wilma, and loving family including his daughters, Connie Owings of Wichita, Jana Burks (Mark) of Valley Center; sister, Patricia Shelley of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Neal Owings (Janell), Nick Owings (Maribeth), Lauren Burks, Logan Burks; great-grandchildren, Lindsey, Alexis and Melia Owings. Don is preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Gladys Hunt and brother, James Robert Hunt. He was the retired owner of Don Hunt Carpet Service and a past Star Lumber employee. Viewing: 2-8pm Thursday, January 9, 2014, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca with the family greeting friends from 6-8pm. Funeral service: 1pm Friday, January 10, 2014, West Side Christian Church, 1819 W. Douglas. Memorials are established with ALS Association and West Side Christian Church.
