Wisner, Donal Lee, 95, devoted husband, loving father, faithful grandfather, and great grandfather, has gone to rest in peace. Private graveside services in Mulhall, Oklahoma, per his request. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Flora Wells Wisner. Survived by his children, D'Lane Wisner, Garen Wisner, and Vana Hartley; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
