Diana Lea (Taggart) Conner

Diana Lea Conner (Diana Lea Taggart) went to be with the Lord July 25, 2023 at the age of 80. She grew up here in Wichita, KS. During the summers she lifeguarded at the Indian Hills and Joyland pools. Diana became skilled as a florist at Muellers Flowers. Graduated with a teaching degree at WSU. Her passion of flowers and people is evident in her activities as a director of local garden tours, a board member of the Wichita Botanical Gardens, a florist at Dillons and, of course, as an avid gardener at home. Diana was a member of Riverlawn Christian Church.

Diana has been happily married to her husband, Nick Conner, for 42 years here in Wichita. Her eldest son, David Bishop, lives in Fountain, Colorado, Kevin and Sarah both live in Wichita. Diana has four brothers. Tom, Ernie, and David Taggart are all from Wichita. The youngest, Paul Taggart, lives in San Francisco. Diana has been blessed with six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be: Tom Taggart, David Taggart, Ernie Taggart, Paul Taggart, Dave Bishop, Kevin Bishop, Brad Jones, and David Conner. Memorial services will be July 29, 2023.
