Delvin Wesley Howard, age 77, passed away February 10, 2017. Visitation 3-7pm; family present 3-4pm Sunday at Smith Mortuary- Haysville, 7031 S. Broadway. Funeral 2pm Monday, February 13, at The First Baptist Church in Haysville, 125 S. Delos. Delvin is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Ricky (Jan) Howard, Jeff (Debbie) Howard, Shelley (Monte) Eisenman, Melaney (Jim) Henson, Greg (Shannon) Batt, Randy (Leanne) Batt, Karen (Curtis) Keller; 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Bobby, Bill, and Alvin Howard; sister, Vesta Roach. He is preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Lila Howard. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is with the church.
