Blackmore, Delmar "Del" C. 76, passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 9, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Rosetta; son, Delmar E. Blackmore and his wife Rebecca; grandson, Zachary Blackmore. Visitation with family 5-8pm today, Thursday,January 11, 2018 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Private graveside services will be held. Memorials to charity of your choice.
