Debra Lynn Henry, age 60, of Mulvane, formerly of Oxford, homemaker, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Visitation 1-8 PM Sunday, April 24, with family receiving friends 4-6 PM; Funeral service 2 PM Monday, April 25, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Survivors include her husband, Frank; sons, Dallas (Claudia), of Kansas City, and Dustin (Gabrielle), of Harrah, OK; parents, Loretta & Don Neff, Sr., of Wichita; brothers, Don Neff, Jr (Liz), of Park City; Dwayne Neff, of Rome, NY, and Darryl Neff (Alisa), of Mulvane; sister, Diane Keene (David), of Wichita, grandchildren, Emma Grace Henry and Dallas Flynn Henry.
