David Schaefer

David Alan Schaefer, age 64, loving husband, father, and papa, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 2, 2018. Recitation of the Rosery will be at 9:30 am Thursday, August 9, with the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10 am, both at St. Michael Catholic Church, 525 E. Main, Mulvane. David had a zest for life and never turned down a challenge or the opportunity to help someone. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Schaefer. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Pamela; sons, Brian (Breanne), Jason (Mindy); daughter, Jessica Glaser (Garrett); grandchildren, Benjamin, Bailey, Teddy, Freddy, Lincoln and Skylar; mother, Claire Schaefer; sisters, Janet McGrath (Nick), Jennifer Callsen (Chris); brother Robert (Marie); sister-in-law, Karen Holzer (David), brother-in-law, David Ebeling (Susan).
