Survivors: mother, Nancy Perry; children, Jeanette Pritchett, Tammy Phillips, Laverne Phillips, David Pritchett, Conrad Sweetwater, Summer Pritchett. Viewing: 2-8pm Sunday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Rosary: 9:30am Monday, June 9, 2014 with Funeral Mass at 10:00am at Church of the Resurrection, 4910 N. Woodlawn.
