David Lee Glennie, age 66, of Wentzville, MO, formerly of Haysville, retired LTCMDR, USN, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Visitation 1-8 PM Friday, July 22, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, funeral service 10 AM Saturday, July 23, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway. David is preceded in death by his wife, Janet; daughter, Melissa; and his sister, Diana Anderson. Survivors include his son, Tony Glennie of Wentzville; daughters, Katrina Roll (Billy) of Wentzville, and Kristin Plummer (Chris), of Wichita; parents, Dewie & Marjorie Glennie of Haysville; brother, Jim Glennie (Brandy) of Haysville; sister, Barbara Faust of Bel Aire; grandchildren, Cameron, Andrew, Brycen and Skylar Roll, Hunter, Parker, Austin and Tristen Plummer; and a great-grandson, Mayson Plummer.
