David D. Gier, 62, died Friday, September 30, 2022.
Memorial Service: 11:00 am, Friday, October 7, 2022 at Smith Mortuary Chapel, Derby.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert D. Gier and Bonnie J. Hunt Wingender.
David is survived by his wife, Mary K. Gier; stepson, Brandon Sparman (Maureen); grandchildren, Blake, Alyson, and Henry Sparman; four siblings, Sarah Harkleroad (Larry), Sandy Barnett, Debbie Kerr, and Karl Finkemeier; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Harry Hynes Hospice.
