Darrell Dean Daily

MULVANE-Daily, Darrell Dean, 78, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012. Funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday, Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and trapper; then after retiring, enjoyed metal detecting. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Una Daily, brother Flavil Daily, and sister Aldena Daily. Survived by wife of 58 years, Aggie Daily; daughter Darr (Tommy) James; grandchildren Emily Nivens, Jansen Nivens, and Stephanie Raney, and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Otolaryngology Department at KU Medical Center Mail Stop 3010, 3001 Eaton, Kansas City, KS 66160.
