Daniel Kelton Shaw

BELLE PLAINE- Shaw, Daniel “Dan,” 69, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, December 30, 2011. Visitation 1-8 Friday; funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday, both at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd St., Belle Plaine. Dan was a Marine who served his country honorably. He moved to Kansas in 1979, and shortly thereafter began his career as a machinist at Boeing, where he worked for over two decades. Dan was preceded in death by the love of his life, Beverly, in 2007. He is survived by his children, Scott Shaw, Josh (Anndi) Shaw, and Sandy (George) Adams, and his sister, Sandra (Ervin) Pulsipher.
