He was a tooling technician at Textron.
Visitation: Thursday, May 27, 2021, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Friday, May 28, 2021 both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 North Rock Road Derby.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Allen and Geri Wallace and Marjorie Crouch.
Dallas is survived by his wife, Shandon; six children, Noa Ortiz, Hali Ortiz, Mieyla Ortiz, Keaton Gurley, Breckyn Gurley, and Kiya Gurley; parents, Stephanie Wallace and Rodney Crouch; grandfather, Lawrence Crouch; and mother-in law, Regina Wade.
