Dale Lee Powell

Dale Lee Powell, age 69, of Wichita, retired Eby Construction Company and Protection One employee, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Visitation 1-8 PM Sunday, April 3, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 11 AM Monday, April 4, St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 1356 N. Broadway. Graveside service 3:30 PM Monday at the Geneseo, KS Cemetery. Dale is preceded in death by his father, Addison Powell; and his mother and stepfather, Ann and Jack Malone. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; son, Elton Powell (Letha), of Wichita; daughters, Lesley Whitley (Chris), Candy (Sergio) and Linda (Moe), all of Wichita; brother, David Malone (Rene), of Iowa; grandchildren, Preston, Katelin, Lucky, Tiffany, Dalton, DeKota, Cody, Kyle, Samantha, Bret, Shawn, Erin, Ashleigh and Brayden; great-grandchildren, Tristan, Thalia and Aria.
