Dale Carr

Mulvane – Carr, Dale “Doc”, age 88, retired Mulvane veterinarian, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2010. Visitation Thursday and Friday 1-8pm with family present Friday 6-8pm at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Funeral service 10:30am Saturday at Mulvane United Methodist Church 107 S. Central, Mulvane. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Carr; wife, Joyce Carr; siblings, Virginia Dagel and Elton Carr. He is survived by his children, James Carr, Pam (Brent) Fleming and Paula (Jeff) Knox; grandchildren, Kristin (Tim) Briggs, Andrew (Misti) Fleming, Perry Carr, Audrey (Chris) Cook, Scott, Blaine and Craig Knox; great grandchildren, Macie, Rhett, Brayden and Melanie; dear best friend, Janet Campbell; siblings, Darrell (Mary) Carr, Polly Bush, Paul Carr and Jack Carr. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Mulvane United Methodist Church.
