Dain Elmus Kissinger

Kissinger, Dain Elmus, 88, beloved husband, family man, IAM Machinist, WWII Navy Veteran and farmer, left to work the ground not of this earth on August 31, 2010. He is preceded in death by his son, Benny; parents, Elmus and Gertrude Kissinger; brothers, Ray Martin and Richard “Rex”; nephew, Dale Lee. Left to honor his memory and legacy is his wife of 62 years, Lillie Mae Scott Kissinger; children, Richard, Ted (Jonna), Daina (Steve) Blencoe, Lance (Donita); grandchildren, Tammy (Chris) Greiving, Heather (Bobby) Nixon, Todd and Courtney, Tyler, Ashley (Andrew) Likes, Lane, Kase and Emmitt; great-grandchildren, Taylor (Nick), Tanner, Tara, Tessa, Ali and Keagan; great-great grandchildren, Landon and Shayleigh; nephew, Chuck (Judy) Kissinger; niece, Barb Kissinger; numerous great-nieces and nephews and a host of in-laws, neighbors and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials established with Via Christi Foundation and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Viewing: 1-8pm., today with family present 6-8pm.
