77, of Rose Hill, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021. Connie was born on April 29, 1943 in Wichita, KS to John E. and Mary H. Lundberg. Connie has 4 children, Richard, Donovan, Timothy and Michelle. Connie made a career by working at Beech Aircraft for many years. Rose Hill is where she raised her children and made their residency. Connie retired from Beech Aircraft and continued her residency in Rose Hill. She spent her time loving and caring for her children and grandchildren. Connie is known for her loving and caring heart. She loved her family deeply and loved the acquaintances she made over the years. Her life was fulfilled with happiness making friendships. Connie is survived by her 4 children, Richard (Twyla) Dies of Rose Hill, KS, Donovan Dies of Ponca City, OK, Timothy (Marla) Dies of Rose Hill, KS, and Michelle (Brian) Springer of Rose Hill, KS; eight grandchildren, Cameron, Dezirae, Zachary, Jacob, Maverick, Dylan, and Jenna Dies, Kellsey (Travis) Swaney; five great-grandchildren. Connie was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held 1-8 pm Monday, March 1, 2021 with family present from 5-7pm. Funeral service is 10 am Tuesday, March 2, 2021, both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037. A memorial has been established with Derby Health & Rehabilitation, 731 N Klein Cir, Derby, KS 67037.
