Cloyce M. Bishop, 72, homemaker, passed away Monday, February 27, 2012. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Chalayne. Survivors include her husband, Charles; son, Carl Bishop and his wife Cheryl of Atlanta, Georgia; daughter, Kellie O’Brien and her husband Patrick of Panama City, Florida; sister, Norma Spurlock of Charlotte, North Carolina; 8 grandchildren.
