Clay Shaw

MULVANE – Shaw, Clayton H., age 62, retired Physician’s Assistant of Sumner County Family Care Center in Mulvane, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012. Memorial service 10am Saturday, June 2nd, at Colonial Heights Assembly of God, 5200 S. Broadway, Wichita. Clay was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Leta Shaw; brother, Kenny Shaw. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jan Shaw; sister, Deanna Shaw of Ponca City, OK; daughter, Amy Shaw and her children, Zoe and Eliza of Mulvane; son, Matthew (Lisa) Shaw and their children, Colten, Haley and Madison of Derby. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Clayton Shaw PA Fellowship c/o WSU Foundation, 1845 Fairmount Wichita, KS 67260-0002.
