Cirilo Acosta

Acosta, Cirilo “Joe”, age 92, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2012. Visitation 10-5pm Thursday, August 16th, at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Rosary 7pm Thursday; funeral Mass 10am Friday, August 17th, both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 2701 S. Pattie, Wichita. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Panfilo and Gumesinda Acosta; children, Jose Acosta and Martina Mayhill; grandson, Butch LaBelle; sisters, Ramona Vasquez and Francis Espinoza. He is survived by his children, Manuel Acosta, Miguel “Mike” (Rebecca) Acosta and Christina (Lance) Acosta-Lane; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mary Benefield, Basilia “Bea” Salazar, George (Tilly) Acosta and Celso (Wilda) Acosta; numerous nieces and nephews.
