Christopher Lee Churchman, 55, beloved son, brother and father, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Visitation 1-8 Friday at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N Tyler Rd. Chris was preceded in death by his sister Dianne, grandparents Leroy and Flora Churchman, Matha Rush and Clyde Rush. Survived by his children Christopher Churchman II, Quartzsite, AZ, and Ashley Churchman, Phoenix, AZ; parents Charles and Carmen Churchman, Wichita; grandchildren Jacob Lee Churchman and Autumn Marie Morrison; siblings Linda (Terry) Cochran, Wellington; LeNita (Mike Russell) Jordan, Derby; David (Marsha) Churchman, Martinsburg, WV; Daniel (Vicki) Churchman, Leesburg, GA. A memorial has been established with Wichita Veterans Memorial Park.
