Chester "Chet" E. Shippy, 63, retired Cessna Aircraft Field Service Engineer, died March 20, 2017. Survivors include his wife, Judith; children, David Shippy (Mary), Steven Shippy, Melissa Shippy; father, Herbert Shippy; siblings, Christine Herndon, Connie Stroot (Louis), Shelley Hunt (Matt); grandchildren, Connor, Ellie and Julia.
