Charles D. Somers, 82, passed away August 7, 2011. Viewing: 9-4pm Tuesday, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Graveside service: 10am Wednesday, August 10, 2011, El Paso Cemetery, Derby. He is preceded in death by his wife Christine, parents, son Gregory, 1 brother, 3 sisters. Survivors: children, Brenda O’Neill (Mike), Sheila Hampton, Donald Somers (Nina); sister, Betty Phillippe; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren. Memorials to Hospice Care of Kansas or Charles Somers Final Expenses.
