Charles Howard "Charlie" Marlow, age 74, of Derby, retired Boeing Company Jig Builder and former IGA Produce Manager, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018. Visitation 1-8 pm Wednesday, October 24, with family receiving friends 5-7 pm, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Recitation of the Rosary 10 am Friday, October 26, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, both at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 E. Meadowlark, Derby. Charlie is a member of the Knights of Columbus and a honorary helper with Epsilon Sigma Alpha. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Eva Marlow; daughter, Deborah Marlow; granddaughter, Ashley Hankins; and his sister, Janet Hoebener. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Sherry; sons, Alan (Carolyn) and Brian (Michelle) all of Wichita; sisters, Carol Wojcik (Andy), of Derby, Barbara Ayalla (Vic), of Wichita, Mary Rogers (Curt), of Rose Hill, Cathy Hopper (Johnny), of Derby; brother-in-law, Robert Enloe (Maribeth); sisters-in-law, Melody Wade (Farrel), Lisa Carr (Jim); grandchildren, Maria, Devon, Garett, Taylor, Savannah and Veronica; 9 great-grandchildren.
