Charles Harris

Wichita - Harris, Jr., Charles Edwin

75, went to be with his LORD and Savior on Friday, October 1st, 2021. He was born April 17th, 1946 to Charles Harris, Sr. and Grace (Huff) Harris in Newton, Kansas.

Charles loved to repair things and work with his hands. He was a Seabee in the United States Navy. One of his biggest goals was to obtain a Master's Degree, which he accomplished. He had a giving heart and never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rita Harris.

Charles is survived by his wife of 54 years, Pat Harris; children, Michele Harris, Dwayne Harris (Donna), Craig Harris (Elizabeth), Randall Harris (Rebecca), LaTisha Palmer (Micheal); 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; six siblings.

Memorial Service: 1 pm, Saturday, October 9th, 2021 at Park Place Ministry Center, 4800 W. Maple, Wichita 67209.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Park Place Ministry Center, the American Heart Association, or to Wounded Warrior Foundation.
