Charles Matthew Gatson

Gatson, Charles Matthew, 9 months, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015. He was born June 26, 2014 in Wichita, KS. Charles was a happy baby and smiled constantly. He was a strong fighter and liver transplant recipient. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rodolfo Gatson. Charles is survived by his parents, Robert Gatson and Apple Larin; grandparents, Adelia Gatson, Cecilia Austria, and Apolinar Larin; and a very large extended family. Visitation: Thursday, 5 to 7 pm, Rosary: 7 pm, both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037. Mass of Christian Burial: 1 pm, Friday, April 24, 2015 at St. Mary Faith Center, 2300 E. Meadowlark Rd., Derby, KS 67037.
