Derby – Fields, Charles “Chuck”, age 92 passed away June 26, 2018. Visitation 1-8pm, family greeting 6-8pm Thursday evening at Smith Mortuary – Derby, 1415 N. Rock Rd. Funeral Service 2pm Friday, June 29th at Woodlawn United Methodist Church, 431 S. Woodlawn Blvd. Derby. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Viola Fields; wife, Jeanne; son-in-law, Monte English. Chuck is survived by his daughters, Carole (Marv) Moser, Jan English; grandchildren, Julie (Mat) Salyers, Amy (Josh) Gilbert, Charlie (Damon) Mader; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sweetheart, Liz Courtney. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is with the Freedom Hooves Therapeutic Riding Center 7303 E. Harry St. Wichita, Kansas 67207 or Derby Firefighters Inc. City of Derby, KS
