Charles Leroy Churchman

Charles Leroy Churchman, of Wichita, formerly of Hutchinson, age 82, retired CPA for the U.S. Department of State, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012. Visitation 1-8 PM Thursday with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 10 AM Friday, August 24, Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N. Tyler Rd., interment will follow at Maize Park Cemetery. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy & Flora Churchman; son, Christopher; daughter, Dianne; and a brother, Donald. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Carmen; sons, David (Marsha), Martinsburg, WV; Daniel (Vicki), Leesburg, GA; daughters, Linda Cochran (Terry), Wellington, and LeNita Jordan (Michael Russell), Derby; brother Dale (Vicki), of Wichita; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
