42, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in Wichita, KS.

Chad was preceded in death by his father Joseph Devena and brother-in-law Joaquin Tuttle.

He is survived by his wife Tonya, three daughters Dayne, Kolsee, and Grier, mother Esther Devena, and sister Joanna Devena.

A Memorial Service will be held November 29, 2018 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Derby, KS at 5 pm.
