Celeste Nadine Evans

Evans, Celeste N., 78, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013. Graveside service 11 a.m., Monday, at Greenwood Cemetery. Celeste was a member of the Midwest Genealogical Society, and was active in flower clubs and shows. She especially loved her irises. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Elma Cook. Survived by son Danny Evans; grandchildren Mike Evans and Sarah Evans; great-grandchildren Alexis and Addison Evans, all of Haysville. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219. Arrangements with Smith Family Mortuary, Derby.
