Miller, Cecilia L., 68, retired office manager for Integrity Auto, died Thursday, May 14, 2015. Born August 26, 1947, in Kansas City, KS. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother Bonnie Palmer. Survivors include husband Tom Miller; children Lynnette Walker of Overland Park, KS, Charla (Mark Bybee) Ruiz, Carrie (Jeff) Caudell, Imad Tabarani, Ryan (Ginger) Miller of Virginia; father Robert Palmer; sister Denise (Bill) Harnden; brother Bob (Amy) Palmer; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Ronald McDonald House and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
