Carolyn Kay Waite

MULVANE-Waite, Carolyn Kay, 57, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2011. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Thursday, and family present 10-11 a.m. Friday. Funeral service 11:00 Friday, all at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law. Survived by her husband Greg Waite, Mulvane; sons Chad (Shelly) Waite and Ryan Waite, all of Wichita; granddaughter Emily; siblings Marilyn (Jack) Beck, Theresa Mullen, Mary (Larry) Price, Rick (Sherry) Minor, Lance (Mary) Minor, Robert Minor; mother-in-law Delores Waite; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Cirle, Chicago, IL 60674.
