Carolyn Sue Muth

Derby - Carolyn S. Muth, 74, passed away at home with her family by her side on October 1, 2021, after a two and a half year battle with cancer.

She was born July 9, 1940, in Lucien, OK, the daughter of Floyd and Alta Johnson (Wilson). Carolyn graduated from Enid High School. On July 10, 1967 she married Franklin "Mike" Muth. They were married 54 years.

Carolyn was a homemaker, and she took great pride in her home She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, George Wilson; and two brothers, Arthur and Rocky Johnson.

Survivors include her husband Mike, daughters Angela Long and husband Forrest, Christina Muth; Son Anthony Muth and wife Marie; four grandchildren, Forrest E. Long Jr., Katrina, Jessica Long and Sarahy Uribe.

Visitation will be held from 5pm to 7pm Friday, October 8 at Smith Family Mortuary. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday Oct 9, 2021 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Derby.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Sunflower Hospice.
