Caroline Marie Roach

Caroline Marie Roach, of Wichita, age 83, retired Fleming Foods accountant, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024. Visitation 1-8 pm Tuesday, May 21, with family greeting friends 5-7 pm, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Recitation of the Rosary 1 pm Wednesday, May 22, with Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 1:30 pm, both at Sacred Heart Church, Colwich. Caroline is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; parents, Leo and Bertha Gehlen; and her brothers, Carl, Eugene and Jerome Gehlen. Survivors include her sons, David Gehlen (Holly) and Steven Gehlen (Kerri); grandchildren, Joseph and his fiancé, Aubrey, Jace, Jake, Colton and Devlin Gehlen, and Bryson Osborn; great-grandchild, Karson Gehlen; and her niece, Alisa Price. A memorial has been established with the Alzheimer's Association, 535 W Douglas Ave #150, Wichita, KS 67213.
