90, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018.
Visitation: Wednesday, November 14, 2018, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, Derby. Graveside Service: 2:00 pm, Thursday, November 15, 2018 at El Paso Cemetery, Derby.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Townsend; and sister, Evelyn Wassom.
Carol is survived by her children, Teresa "Teri" Carlson (Marion L.) and Delbert Townsend (Sandy); six grandchildren, Jeremy Carlson (Melissa), Jeff Carlson (Michelle), Crystal Newcomb (Joel), Christopher Neil Townsend (Shannon), Shaunnah Brown (Christopher), and Timothy Townsend; 13 great grandchildren; and sister, Rose Ann Williams.
