Carol Dee "Percy" Percival, 86, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Percival.
Percy is survived by his sister, Diane Percival, his children, Brent Percival of Las Vegas, NV, Kirk Percival (Rebecca) of Derby, Troy Percival, Houston, TX; four grandchildren, Lauren Percival of Tulsa, OK, Ryker Percival of Derby, Daniel Percival of Las Vegas, NV, and Michael Percival of Las Vegas, NV.
