May 23, 1939 — March 31, 2022
Wichita - Lautt, Carol Kathleen, 82, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the family present from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, Derby. Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Central Community Church, 6100 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209. Interment to follow at White Chapel Cemetery, Wichita.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Daisy Riffel; brother, William A. Riffel; and parents-in-law, Mr & Mrs Raymond Lautt.
Carol is survived by her husband, JD Lautt; two children, Dwight Hohlfeld (Kristy) and Kent Hohlfeld; four stepchildren, Sharissa Withrow (Thane), Stacy Lautt (Shelly), Stephanie Roark (John), and Terissa Smoot (Tim); one granddaughter, Sarah Hohlfeld; 10 step grandchildren and 21 step great grandchildren.
Memorials have been established with the Alzheimer's Association, 1820 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67214 or Central Community Church, 6100 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209. Interment to follow at White Chapel Cemetery, Wichita.
