With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Carol Glover, who left this world peacefully on June 8, 2025.
Carol was born in Wichita, Kansas, on August 21, 1934. She spent part of her early childhood in South Fork, Oklahoma, before returning to Wichita at the age of nine.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Cliff Glover.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Scott Vollmer, and her three older sisters: Maxine Prather, Betty Prather and Rosalee Corbin.
Carol dedicated 35 years of service to the Gas Company and was known for her warmth, kindness, and the lasting impression she left on everyone she met.
Gifted with an extraordinary memory, Carol had a remarkable ability to recall names, dates, and places. She enjoyed roller skating, movies, and bowling, and brought joy and laughter to those around her.

Carol has made it home. She will be deeply missed by the many family members and friends whose lives she so lovingly touched.
