Biel, Carol Ann, 67, passed away Saturday, November 4th, 2023. She was born February 20th, 1956 to Marvin and Cleo Carpenter in Scott City, Kansas.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale Biel and brother, Terry Carpenter. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer (Gary) Hartley; grandchildren, Levi Foust, Joslyn Foust; great-grandchildren, Dakota, Nova, Celeste, Edwin; companion, Joe Merritt; siblings, Jack, Tim, Mike, Connie and Cathy.
Memorial Service is 1:00 pm, Friday, November 17th, 2023 at Smith Mortuary - Haysville, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, Kansas 67060.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wichita Independence Special Olympics, 1414 N. Doris, Wichita, KS 67212.
