Carmen Eustacia Booth,age 73, born in Duluth, MN, retired oil/tax accountant, passed away June 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, William O. Booth; her parents, Elsa and Archie Childs; and brothers, Paul Childs and Roger Johnson. She is survived by daughters Karen (Layne) Wiebe of Shawnee, KS and Kim Waters of Maize, KS; four grandchildren, Paige Wiebe, Brooke Wiebe, Claire Waters, Garrett Waters; brother, Ernie Johnson of Santa Clara, CA; sister, Veronica Kujawa of Colorado Springs, CO. Memorial service 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2016 at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby, KS. Graveside memorial service 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Coal Creek Cemetery, rural Miami, OK. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N.
