Carmel Leta Elkins, 84, homemaker, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Omer, parents and 5 siblings. Survivors: children, Barbara Barnes (Gary), Roger Elkins, Sr. (Barbara), Sandy Sebastian (Art), all of Wichita; siblings, Jerryldene Payton (Eugene) of Fayetteville, Ark., Flo Taber of Sedgwick; Weldon Davis (Doris) of Fayetteville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Viewing: 2-8pm today, March 24, 2013 with family receiving friends 5-7pm. Service: 11am Saturday, May 25, 2013, all at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville. Memorials to Harden Hospice Kansas.
