Carl Edward Titus

Titus, Carl Edward “Eddie” 73,passed away on July 20, 2026 peacefully in Wichita,KS. He was born in Leavenworth, Kansas to Floyd “Sonny” and Joan Titus on December 24,1952. Carl proudly served his country during the Vietnam War with the United States Air Force. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather Sammy Dunn. 

Carl is survived by his siblings: Dennis (Nanci) Titus of Wichita, Rachel (Phillip) Durand of Albuquerque, NM, Charles Dunn, and David (Asmae) Dunn of Spring TX, David(Bobbie) Alexander, Eddie Titus, Jennifer ( Kenny) Martindale all of Wichita KS; nieces & nephews: Brett (Dani) Titus, Chris Titus, Tristan(Cassandra) Durand, Kaitlin Durand, Dustin Guest, Sami Dunn, Mandi (Jared) Rosier, Yasmine(Yousuf) Khan & Nabilah Dunn. He is also survived by numerous grand nieces and nephews. 

Carl spent his happiest days the last 10 years living at Almond Tree Apartments in Wichita, where he had many special friends. The family would like to especially acknowledge Diane and John for their friendship with Carl. 

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 09:30 in the Belle Plaine Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the ASPCA.
