Brittany Maye Hock, age 25, of Derby, KS, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016. Memorial service 2 PM Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Life Center, 1300 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City. Brittany is preceded in death by her brother, Zachary Hock; grandmother, Leota Brown; Niece, Kylie Hock; nephew, Gabriel Willey; and her great-grandparents. Survivors include her mother, Suzannah Walker, of Derby; father and stepmother, Vince Walker and Robin Johnson, of Ponca City; brothers, Derrick Hock (Annastasia), of Deluth, MN, David Walker: sisters, Heather Evans (Jeremy), of Mulvane, Cheri Walker, of Ponca City; grandparents, Otis & Norma Brown, of Ponca City; nieces and nephews, Isaiah Willey, Serena Zazueta, RyLee Evans and Jeremy Blake Evans. A memorial has been established with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 6950 Squibb RD., Ste 310, Mission, KS 66202.
