Brennan Raney

Brennan Raney, 38, of Wichita, Kansas, died Wednesday, July 19, 2023.

After a long fight battle with Brain Cancer, Brennan went home to meet his Heavenly Father. Just like he dealt with all experiences in life, he managed his illness with his faith, prayer, and gratitude and wanted to spend as much time with his loved ones as possible.

Brennan graduated from Wichita State University in 2010 and worked as a graphic designer. He was a member of the Well Worship Center and served the church by helping with media and web design. In his spare time, he loved to play golf, games, and pickleball while spending time with family and friends. He was a loving and caring husband and father and was loved by many.

Brennan is survived by his wife, Tamera Raney; children, Lincoln and Lucas Raney; parents, Cathy Hay, Ty Raney (Laurinda); and siblings, Miranda Johnson (Justin) and their son Bradford, and Jarrett Raney.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Wesley Raney; grandparents, Bob and Shirley Alexander and Kenneth William and Shirley Ann Raney.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023, with visitation: from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and the Funeral Service immediately following at 10:30 am. Service will be held at Aviator Church, 200 W Greenway, Derby. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Derby with a meal to follow at Aviator Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Fund for Brennan Raney at Meritrust Credit Union. Donations will go to support Lincoln and Lucas’ future.
